Guide
Following up a quote without losing the thread
Most missed work is not a mystery. Someone called from a job trailer, you wrote a price on a napkin or in a text, and the day got away from you. The quote never got a second look.
A simple rhythm is enough:
- Write the request down the same day, with the site and the dates, even if you are still in the truck.
- Send one clear quote. Units, service, price, and how long it is good for.
- If you hear nothing, check back the next day, and once more a couple of days later. Then stop. Chasing past that just annoys people.
- The moment they reply, accept, or say no, stop the reminders.
Potty Pro keeps that list for you and writes the 24-hour and 72-hour notes. In this version those notes are saved in the office. Email and text are not hooked up, so you can still copy them out yourself.
