Guide
Where the units actually are
You do not need a dot on a map to know if you can take another job. You need the model, how many you have, and whether they are in the yard or already sitting on a site.
Write it the way you already talk about it:
- 40 standard units at the main yard.
- The numbered ADA unit, if you care which one, so it is not promised twice.
- A job site name you recognize, like the school on Oak or the wedding barn.
- Anything in the shop: needs repair, or out of service until a part shows up.
When a quote asks for dates, look at what is free for those dates, not just what is sitting in the yard today. A unit reserved for next Monday is still home tonight, and it is still spoken for.
Potty Pro warns you before a second job takes the same unit on overlapping days. It does not plan the truck route, and it does not follow the truck.
